Ingredients

1 wholemeal rye bun
1 Veggie Burger 125 g (Art. No. 50140)
30 g cherry tomatoes, quartered
10 g red onion, diced
20 g pickled yellow zucchini
10 g arugula
parsley, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, oil as needed

Preparation

Slice bun horizontally and toast.

Prepare Veggie Patty according to preparation recommendations.

Mix tomatoes, onions, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil to make a salsa.

Top bun bottom with salsa, zucchini and arugula.

Then place veggie patty first, add bun top and serve.
