Ingredients

1 Salmon Burger patty (art. no. 29180)
100 g potatoes, starchy
Salt/pepper
10 g oil
30 g mayonnaise (ready-made)
2 sprigs of dill, chopped coarsely
5 g mustard
20 g honey
1 sesame bun (ready-made; optional)
10 g baby spinach

Preparation

Cook the Salmon Burger patty, frozen, at medium heat for approx. 15 minutes, repeatedly turning.

Grate the potatoes coarsely, press them, season and fry them in a pan as hash browns.

Mix mayonnaise with dill, mustard and honey.

Burger stacking order: Bun (optional), hash brown, patty, honey-mustard dill sauce, spinach, bun (optional).

Topless Salmon Burger
